Prior to being licensed, she worked with foreclosures in a corporate banking environment and received a valuable background in title, contract law, and water rights. This time provided valuable knowledge for the big picture of ownership that has served her throughout her years in real estate.  Starting in 2002 with the Coldwell Banker group in sales and management, Kathy has experienced all sorts of market conditions, she enjoys the uniqueness of each property and bringing Buyers and Sellers to the table.     

Kathy belongs to the National Association of Realtors as well as State Associations. She continues to further her knowledge in the real estate field, including sustainable living, energy solutions, and she holds near a deep respect for this vast and pristine land.
